Local Dive Sites

The club dives every Sunday morning at one of the local dive sites. The next local dive is on 18/05/2008 at Gildenburgh and the marshal is Adam Waters. See the local dive dates page to find out more.

Stoney Cove

Stoney Cove is one of the best inland dive sites and is just 7 miles South of Leicester on the outskirts of Stoney Stanton village. The cove has all amenities provided included car parking, shop, toilets/shower block, pub and air bar.

Swithland Woods

Swithland Woods is an old slate quarry owned by the Charnwood Forestry Commission, and is situated North of Anstey village, Leicestershire.

The club hires this 40m deep quarry once a month so that divers can experience diving at these depths and prepare for deep dives at the sea.
