What did you do this weekend?

Dive with us

LUEC welcomes new members from all different training backgrounds. Whether you qualified overseas whilst on holiday, completed an intensive training programme or learnt to dive in another part of the country, we think the best scuba diving is had as part of a club and would love you to join us.

It's easy for qualified divers to dive with BSAC. It doesn't matter who you trained with, if you've never dived in the UK before or if you haven't dived for a while – the doors are open to all.

The great thing about being already qualified (as well as hopefully having a passion for the sport already) is that it is easy to start diving with a BSAC affiliated club, such as LUEC.

We recognise qualifications from a large range of dive and scuba agencies including: PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), SSI (Scuba Schools International), SDI (Scuba Diving International), ScotSAC (Scottish Sub Aqua Club), NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors ), SAA (Sub Aqua Association), GUE (Global Underwater Explorers) and many more.

As a qualified diver, you will not be required to undertake any further training with us before you join us on a dive; unless of course you’d like to progress with more advanced diver training.

We can also support you if you’re already a qualified diver, but haven’t been in the water for some time and want to refresh your skills. All of our training and refresher programmes follow the latest BSAC guidance and are delivered at a pace to suit you.
